Nature Friendly Farming

At Goose Orchard Farm, we only use homemade, quality, organic inputs such as comfrey, seaweed, nettle and compost tea to help improve our soils to produce quality, organically-raised foodstuffs; from meat to eggs to fruit, veg and herbs.

We graze our animals in a regenerative fashion, meaning an almost zero need for veterinary medicines and only use any form of animal antibiotic when absolutely necessary for the welfare of the individual animal. Our sheep and geese are entirely grass fed and our egg-laying chickens are fed on organic layers pellets with space to roam to forage for their own weed-greens, seeds, insect proteins etc, also following a holistic grazing management system..
